CIB - Payments Operations QL Transformation Execution

  • Associate

Short Description:

This position will be responsible to support Quantum Leap transformation execution journey within Mexico Payments Operations team in business growth initiatives, processes & controls execution / automation, KPIs and Operational metrics monitoring


Responsibilities:


  • Execute daily operational processes and controls for the existing products (MXN & USD Payments, Checks, Tax Payments, Reference Deposits, Investigations)
  • Monitor and attend on timely manner KPIs and Metrics indicators
  • Engage and partnership with the team and other internal departments to identify opportunities to improve processes execution to scale operating model for new products and volumes increase forecasted as part of QL initiative.
  • Continuous review and evaluation of operational control environment

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • Bachelor ́s Degree and minimum of 57 years banking/financial services industry experience with strong problem solving skills.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Knowledge of local payments regulations (SPEI / SPID).
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Communicates in a way that meets the needs of multiple audiences (firmwide, regional, LoB, location)
  • Passion for continual service improvement; creates an environment to identify and solution efficiencies in business processes
  • Willingness to take ownership and accountability to deliver business goals execution to achieve specific desired results
