• Reporting to the Infra Projects Manager, Analyst, Wintel & Backups role involves _
• Responsible to perform operational processes and procedures to ensure all IT services, systems, and infrastructure meet business needs.

• _ Day-to-day operation and service delivery of the IT infrastructure_
• _ Monitoring and resolving incidents through the incident tracking system._
• _ Proactively monitor systems for availability, capacity, and performance._
• _ Participate in the systems firmware and OS upgrades_
• _ IT Business Continuity and Disaster recovery planning_The experience we're looking to add to our team:
• _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
• _ Responsible to maintain and support Virtual and storage server environments._
• _ Responsible to maintain, monitor & support backup systems_
• _ Resource will be on charge to renew physical HW after useful life to maintain backup infrastructure up to date, physical consoles, tapes libraries, disk appliances monitoring, support cases with vendors, etc._
• _ Technical support for core services migrations due HW and OS end of life._
• _ Backup documentation, policies, and audits._
• _ Windows Server trouble Shooting_
• _ VMware server environments_
• _ Storage management & support_
