WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

The applicant must have problem solving mindset and learnability. We are searching for a
Graphic Artist | E-Commerce who has creativity, learnability, respect, honesty and loyalty.

The Content Creator is the artistic eye and research resource, responsible for maintaining the creative vision, written content (SEO) and graphic content (graphics) via visual and written communication.

Essentially, all content in addition to understanding the customer and their needs.


SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Work closely with the Creative Team to enhance and maintain all digital assets by managing all aspects of the flow and landing page. These include both written and graphic content, namely listing optimization, product photography, Enhanced Brand Content, copywriting SEO, marketing campaigns, Brand Stories, Video Content, Storefronts and more.
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues encountered while pushing creative content live onto product listings across different marketplaces,
• Develop processes to proactively move through content upload roadblocks.
• 24/7 creativity and problemsolving mindset
• The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE PARTY:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has the ability to think critically and problem solve when unexpected situations arise.
• A positive attitude, inquisitive nature and goaloriented mindset
• Photography, Photoshop & Illustrator, Videography is a requirement

• Advertising PPC is a major plus but not required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 13 years of prior relevant experience in the industry as a Content Creator, Graphic Artist, Digital Marketer, Digital Advertising, Ecommerce Specialist / Manager or a related role (have sample work and references)

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• Bachelors or Associates

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates highquality art direction and design within a variety of campaigns and projects

SKILLS:

• Photoshop & Illustrator
• Microsoft Suite
• Photography
• Videography

• Is a great teacher: _Can you help team members understand when a dip in performance may not be a bad thing? Can you help them understand how an in indexing combined with increase in ad spend can lead to a rise in sales related to their target page position?
• Has strong analytical skills: _Do you feel like giving someone a highfive after you create a beautiful excel model for optimization and listing strategies? Do you get excited looking through data in account level metrics to get towards data driven decisions? When you look at accountlevel metrics, do you have the urge to dig deeper and find the real reasons for performance changes?
