ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be proficient in Sketch and PhotoshopCandidates must be able to work and communicate using business-level EnglishProven design experience at an interactive agency or digital design studio and a portfolio of examples that demonstrate strategic, conceptual and creative thinking5+ years of visual or graphic design work and elegant examples of designing user flows for e-commerceSolid understanding and demonstration of user-centered design principlesThe ability to lead the design of large, complex systems of interactionsFoster progressive and limitless thinkingUtilize state-of-the-art techniques and contribute to thought leadership activitiesQUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS
