    Growth Marketing Lead LATAM

    Airbnb is a global community that connects hosts and guests from almost every country across the globe. As a Growth Marketing Lead in the LATAM market, you will play a critical role in managing our relationship with guests.

    About the Role

    The Growth Marketing team at Airbnb is responsible for driving the top line of the company. You will be the face of Growth Marketing in the LATAM market, representing all channels in leadership meetings. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end execution, from strategy alignment to planning, delivery, and evaluation of performance against KPIs.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Be a growth marketing channel expert to accelerate growth in the LATAM market.
    • Represent strategic growth initiatives in leadership business reviews.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform growth marketing strategies for LATAM.
    • Work closely with regional partners to action on demand/supply insights and seasonal moments.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in Growth Marketing and CRM/Lifecycle/Engagement marketing.
    • Strong understanding of the LATAM market and consumer behavior.
    • Results-driven marketer with proven quantitative and analytical skills.

    Location

    This position requires you to be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
