**Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized student in their final semesters of a bachelor's degree to join our team in Mexico City. The Admin Intern will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and will join the back-office team to bring admin services to different line businesses at Hartree in Mexico, including consulting, IT, middle-office, etc.


Job Requirements:


  • A high gradepoint average is expected.
  • Spanish and English fluency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical, with quantitative capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide support the Mexico City back-office team with general administrative tasks, including invoicing and expense reporting.
  • Manage and coordinate recurrent payments to vendors and service providers on time, accurately and providing a follow-up.
  • Track and manage monthly invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare payment requests and load them into Concur for approval and processing.
  • Handle general office expenses, including reimbursements and petty cash management.
  • Provide administrative support to the office by answering phones, organizing files, and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of equipment and supplies.
