- Seeking an experienced sales support and customer service professional who wants to challenge themselves in a fastpaced environment with their business acumen. Are you passionate about problem solving and taking care of customers?
Duties and Responsibilities:The SOS is responsible for assisting in researching accounts, preparing quotes, creating order documents, ensuring approvals are obtained, and validating license & support deals prior to customer review. This includes providing Sales guidance on legal and accounting policies and procedures (Corporate, SOX, Revenue Recognition and/or SSP) to prevent order issues. Submit completed order after timely validation for accuracy to Order Service Coordinators. Assist Collections, Passwords, Customer Success in customer clarification and resolutions of order information.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Oracle, SFDC and MS Office Suite.
- Must possess strong attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness with regard to all processes.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to workload balance and prioritize.
- Ability to learn Legal and Accounting requirements.
- Able to communicate, set expectations, validate and complete the order through invoice request to Sales and the Eco System.
- Must have the ability to work remotely and use escalation process when required.
- Excellent written and communication skills required.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues, using sound judgement in a timely manner.
Language Requirements:
- English and Spanish Fluency a must (Both written and verbal)
- Portuguese Fluency a major plus
