Sales Customer Support Manager

Main Purpose

  • This
_role would handle responsibilities both within projects and business as usual. The role exists to provide operational support to sales teams for differente sectors such as LATAM, Canada and US Foods and Beverage _

  • The leader will work with crossfunctional teams to guarantee correct functioning of general sales operational processes offering support to both teams and customers._

Responsibilities

Responsibilities- Gain consensus with the business through the framework to centralize, standardize and then optimize activities across the organization._- Define and integrate the Customer/Field Support plan detailed by OU, ensuring alignment and coordination._- Identify commercial opportunities, through the development and implementation of strategies by country and channel to ensure business growth_- Manage the Customer/Field Support function to provide best-in-class talent development, process harmonization and technology advancements_- Leverage a balanced framework of captive shared services and Business Process Outsourcers to establish a best-in-breed operating model_- Provide both strategic guidance to key stakeholders, while deploying a pragmatic approach to ensuring end customers requirements are met_- Build and manage business relationships across all sub areas_- Gain consensus with the business through the framework to centralize, standardize and then optimize customer support activities across the organization_


Qualifications

Qualifications / Requirements- Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelors' degree _- 6 years of relevant professional experience in sales is a must_- Functional experience in Customers, KAMs (key account manager), Ecommerce, or Sales Development _- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook_- Advance English oral and written communication skills_- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills_- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process_- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time_- If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.
