• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including talent acquisition and onboarding
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Nurture a positive working environment by promoting corporate values and culture
• Conduct employee orientation and facilitate training sessions on HR policies and procedures
• Oversee and manage performance appraisal system to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing

• Proven working experience as an HR Generalist or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of HR functions such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, etc.
• Strong ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated success in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes
• Ability to conduct research on various HR topics and stay updated on industry trends
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
