• Prepare and present budgets to senior management, providing insights and recommendations
  for financial planning and decision-making.
• Manage external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Design, implement, and evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Develop and execute the annual audit plan to assess financial processes and identify areas for
  improvement.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost management initiatives to optimize financial performance.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy
  and timeliness of financial transactions.
• Implement effective collection strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding
  receivables.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
  A master's degree in a relevant field is desirable.
• +7 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on controlling,
  reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced understanding of financial software and ERP systems, with the ability to leverage
  technology for efficient financial management.
• Strong leadership abilities, demonstrating accountability and ownership in decision-making
  processes.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, internal controls, and regulatory requirements,
  including expertise in Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIFs) and International Financial
  Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Previous experience in a leadership role overseeing finance functions is required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and compliance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, showing initiative, creativity, and a proactive approach to driving
  business success.
• Resilience to navigate challenges and maintain focus on long-term goals, while adapting to
  evolving business needs.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
