As part of Service Department, you will be responsible for our "Post Sales Service" in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México.


The job
To become successful, reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities and tasks as Field Technical Service Representative will include, among others:

  • Responsible for service our analyzers and IT solutions.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance in our analyzers install base.
  • Responsible for achieve service goals cooperating with the team.
  • Manages positive customer relationships.
  • Achieve service targets as service contracts and new digital services.
  • Plan, organize, execute and follow up customers call visits.
  • Installation of instruments and customers use training.
  • Develops strong partnerships with sales team to aid in anticipating potential customer issues and uncover additional selling opportunities in accounts.
  • Performs oncall duties to cover weekends and overnights.
  • Compliance with all regulatory and company required documentation and service work orders.

  • Have a university degree in Engineering or other Technical career (Biomedical, Electronics, Mechanics,)
  • Fluently speak Spanish and English.
  • Manage IT tools, CRM and office (excel, word, power point).

Desirable:

  • IT skills and knowledge as SQL database, Java, Mirth.
  • Post Sales Service experience and knowledge in healthy/hospitals sector.

  • Be willing to travel through Mexico and Latin America. Visits to Headquarters and other Radiometer subsidiaries.
