The HR Generalist for XO LATAM facilitates
all key HR functions and programs.

This includes issues raised by current and future employees and matters related to employment, compensation and benefits, labor negotiations, organizational development, Health & safety, personnel administration, employee engagement, and employee relations.

They assist HR managers with recruitment, maintain employee records, COVID process follow-up, internal promotions, internal career path, internal performance evaluation follow-up, and implementation of Mexican government regulations.

They also provide administrative support to all employees.
