Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your missions will be as follow:

Responsible for the recruitment of a given population (Location and Roles):

Organizing briefing meetings for every position with Hiring Managers
Defining the appropriate sourcing strategy for each role with the internal stakeholders
with a clear emphasis on diversity and inclusion (headhunting, social network, Recruitment agencies, RPO,
specialised partners)
Reporting on the recruitment activity on your perimeter

Participating in the deployment of Talent Acquisition/World HR projects within your scope:

Onboarding
Campus Management
Referrals
Internal Mobility
Delivering TA Learnings

Qualifications:

You are an HR or Business School graduate and/or you have at least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Agency or corporate) in an international environment

**You speak fluent English.
