Job Description:


Responsible for supervising the activities of the JuP1 warehouse personnel, ensuring that instructions, processes, and procedures are followed as indicated on the Quality System instructions.

Continuously work on improving the area and provide an excellent level of service to internal/external customers.

  • Ensure compliance to Quality basics principles.
  • Promote and actively support Bosch Production System, involvement in System CIP Projects, Policy Deployment and Team Work
  • Responsible for follow up of labor discipline of his/her personnel if it applies.
  • Fulfill the legal and corporate requirements and regulations applicable
  • Fulfill the safety procedures applicable to his/her area
  • Will be responsible that the Outsourced personnel under his/her responsibility fulfill the internal regulations.
  • Actively participate in the trainings and tests that may be schedule in accordance to the level of risks of his/her job.

Qualifications:


  • Experience/Knowledge:
-
4 to 5 years of materials management experience in automotive industry
:


  • Problem solving methods (PDCA's, A3 Problem solving sheet, 8D's)
  • Experience with external customer audits.
-
AEO and C-TPAT requirements and audits
:


  • Experience managing a staff of 150+ associates.
-
Inventory management:


  • Managing special projects in logistics department
-
Supply chain experience working in a manufacturing facility:


  • Experience communicating regularly with customers, carriers, and suppliers
  • Experience creating BOLs and POs
  • Experience in logistics industry

Skills:


  • Team leadership with high competence in effectively directing, motivating and coaching team members.
  • Results oriented.

Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills:


  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
  • Strong team player.
  • Proactive
  • Computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, Power point, SAP.
  • Value stream mapping, reporting
