Responsibilities
The Opportunity

The PFNA IT SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) Reporting support will be responsible to support and continuous improve SAP reporting and analytics solutions as part of the PepsiCo Global Template Program.

This reporting suite will support a variety of functional areas such as Record to Report, Trade Promotion Management, Order To Cash, Make to Deploy, Forecast to Schedule, Finance Performance and Analysis, Procure to Pay, etc.

The role is expected to sustain and drive the fit to standard Enterprise First Global Template Fiori Analytical tiles for about 300 Analytical solutions working with business and functional teams and minimize the customizations.

Also, drive the business self-service using semantic views in S4HANA and Enterprise HANA. Drive the integration of S4DATA. This role will adopt and adhere to agile principles for the Global Template project.

Your Impact

As The Sector IT Manager your scope will consist of:
Responsible to assure PFNA analytics operation and support within SAP framework and its integration with non SAP datawarehouses such as Teradata and Microsoft Azure while adhering to enterprise architecture standards

Manage large, complex longterm BI-Analytical technology projects involving multiple technologies
Act as Technical advisor for all SAP business warehouse ecosystem
Assess key core business process to architect and design the best approach to stablish visuals on top of them to support decision making
Effectively communicate complex tech. info. to various audience levels including Sr leaders either within IT as well as the business
Troubleshoot and analyze issues detected across the 500+ solutions implemented
Coordinate with global and sector teams for any enhancement required on top of global / standard solutions
Break and fix deliver SLAs to get solutions up and running
Responsible for regression testing when a global / sector enhancement is implemented
Own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training of enhancements related to reporting and analytics solutions within the scope of PepsiCo Global Template FLNA implementation
Ensure critical business needs for reporting both within SAP S4 and Legacy ecosystem are met.
Partner with global and sector IT / functional leads and business experts to identify standard to fit KPIs in Global Template
Manage the build of Enterprise HANA calc views, configure SLT for S4HANA to Ent. HANA data replication
Lead seamless user experience for business leveraging multiple reporting tools ( BOBJ, Fiori and SAC )
Enable self service creating semantic views and training
Actively engage business process owners, offering solution alternatives for optimization, simplification and standardization
Lead a team of onshore and offshore support team members to ensure platform availability and meet SLAs

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?

Education:

Bachelor's or equivalent degree required

Experience:

710 years of handson S4, HANA, Embedded Analytics, SAP BW, SAP Business Objects and SAP Analytics Cloud

years experience in Data and Analytics

710 years experience in Project Management / Delivery
13 years experience in SCRUM / Agile Methodologies

Mandatory technical skills

Expertise in S4/HANA reporting artifacts such as CDS, views, Fiori Apps, Eclipse Studio will be a plus
Expertise in SAP BOBJ, AFO and SAC
Expertise in Enterprise HANA a
