Sr. Application Engineer

As Sr.

Application Engineer you will provide company product support and technical assistance to sales team, distribution network, and final customers acting as a Donaldson technical representative defining the filtration solution utilizing Industrial Ventilation recommendations, by seeking customer satisfaction, and taking care of business profitability simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Territory Manager / Sales Reps to meet customer requirements.
Analyze the technical data inputs given by the customers to propose the technology/product to develop the filtration solution.
Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations.
Develop recommendations to resolve the dust/mist/smoke contamination in the Customer process.
Carry out regular visits to our customer to evaluate possible solutions to dust/mist/smoke contamination.
Conducts seminars and training for customer, distribution network and potential customer and partners.

Your Experience for the job:

Willingness to travel.
Solid communication skills, both oral and written English Language
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong problemsolving capability
Teamwork
Customer oriented
Commitment to create an exceptional customer experience.
Ability to work independently.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial engineer or any other related engineering discipline or equivalent experience
