Job Summary
This role is ideal for a highly experienced frontend engineer passionate about creating intuitive and high-performing interfaces that enhance knowledge workflows.We are looking for someone to lead frontend technical decisions for features like Wikis Pages Rich Text Editors Query Language Views driving architecture improvements accessibility enhancements performance optimizations Collaborating closely with product managers UX designers backend engineers other stakeholders you will mentor teammates define best practices contribute to AI powered capabilities that improve content creation collaboration Operating in a fully remote asynchronous environment you will have the opportunity to influence cross team technical strategy delivering scalable solutions impacting thousands users across APAC region This position combines hands-on development strategic leadership mentorship responsibilities dynamic innovative environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading frontend technical direction influencing architecture decisions complex applications ideally staff senior level.
- Strong proficiency modern JavaScript including state management performance optimization debugging large scale applications.
- Hands-on experience rich text editor frameworks TipTap ProseMirror Slate similar working GraphQL APIs.
- Practical understanding accessibility standards testing reliable interfaces browsers devices assistive technologies.
