- Customer Service
- Resolve L1 incident and service request
- Software installation and update

- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
Position qualifications:_
- Handson experience with Windows OS environments
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer
- Windows troubleshooting
Education and experience:_
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering or another tehcnical field
- 35 years of experience in support, engineering or another technical role
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Should be flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts and on call schedule
