We are looking for a Highly Motivated Management Information Systems Specialist

The MIS Specialist needs to provide reporting and data which helps making the right decisions according to the data which is provided.

Resposabilities:

Working with IT staff to ensure that data is backed up regularly and stored securely in case of computer crashes or natural disasters
Ensuring that company policies are followed and operational procedures are in place to avoid security breaches or other problems
Reviewing current processes and recommending improvements to increase efficiency or prevent future problems
Analyzing data to identify trends or patterns that could indicate problems within the organization
Providing training to employees on new technologies or processes to increase productivity or efficiency
Developing plans for the use of technology to support business operations, such as accounting systems or human resource softwar
Segment reports
New business pipeline reports
ZIP code analysis and route planning
Portfolio analysis
Leader boards
Executive and management reports
Data gathering using our different databases and consolidate them into different reports and dashboards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in statistics, data science, finance, accounting, business, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in a Similar role with cross functional experience.
Willingness to learn, listen and teach
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of specific software related to Pricing.
