    PAGONXT MERCHANT SOLUTIONS (PNMS) is looking for the Head of Global Gateway and Payment Orchestration solutions, within the Product Team, based in Mexico PagoNxt has the aim to consolidate payment businesses around the world through a differential value proposal in a business with great potential, creating the conditions and synergies to compete globally with the major international players in the sector.

    Based on the unique value proposition and brand value of Getnet in Brazil, PagoNxt Merchant Solutions will be expanding the acquiring franchise to additional markets.

    Nowadays, Getnet is the third largest acquirer in Latam (Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Brazil and Uruguay) and we already operate across all European markets.

    To achieve this goal, we are building a cloud based acquiring architecture in which products are built based on microservices and deployed at all markets simultaneously, shortening time to market and improving value for customers.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As the Head of Global Gateway and Payment Orchestration solutions, reporting to the Product team in the HQ, in close cooperation with PagoNxt Merchant Solutions local teams and Getnet, you will be responsible for the development and management of our payment gateway products (Gateway, subscriptions, smart routing, Marketplace, Split payments, Payfacs and many others).

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, sales, marketing and design to define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and drive product development.

    As the Head of Global Gateway and Payment Orchestration solutions in the Product division you will be working on the Value-added services team, you will join a dynamic team of Product Managers that deliver everything from large-scale technology solutions to small optimizations.

    The team is responsible for developing product roadmaps and engaging in backlog grooming to ensure successful delivery of new products and features.

    In this role you must be able to recognize key dependencies across different teams in order to coordinate a successful product launch.

    The person who holds the position of Head of Global Gateway and Payment Orchestration solutionswill be responsible for:


    Help building a Payments Orchestration strategy, product functionality and roadmap, ongoing partner management at a senior level, owning the customer experience; articulating the value proposition; demonstrating significant industry experience and driving the creation of sales enablement tools to ensure the product suite meets its revenue goals.

    Responsible for the end-to-end life cycle management of our Payments Orchestration products.

    Responsible for creating and tracking the business case and product P&L.Identify KPIs and success metrics to effectively manage the product lines.

    Monitor and analyze those KPIs and success metrics or determine how well the product is performing in the market.

    And use this information to identify opportunities for product improvements and optimizationsCollaborate with key business partners and subject matter experts to translate business opportunities into strategic product requirements and an execution plan.

    Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in gateway services.
    Defines minimum viable product and prioritizes requirements balancing trade-offs between time, effort, investment, and value dimensions.
    Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that we are executing against our roadmap.

    Build Payments Orchestration services partnerships strategy with third parties to accelerate time to market and to improve the value proposition of the Payments Orchestration products.

    Manage third party solutions and partners where applicable to ensure performance expectations are met.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to payment gateways, and proactively identify potential impact on the company's products.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE +7 years aroundExperience in product management in the global payments industry with deep understanding in the acquiring business.

    Strong knowledge of payment gateway technologies and processes and proven experience in developing complex Payment Gateway features like integrations with 3rd party providers (acquirers or other PSPs), value added services (like tokenization and marketplaces), and specialized services processing (e.g.

    airlines, mass transit, etc).Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on-time and within budget.
    Product Manager with direct product ownership in Agile environment.
    Experience working directly with internal and external engineering teams with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and influencing skills.
    Vendor negotiations. Experience working with 3rd Party solutions.

    SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Payment gateways, transaction flows, value-added services around merchants and payments, including orchestration capabilities and emerging payment methodsSuperior organizational skills balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.

    Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisionsLanguage skills – High level of English and Spanish.
