As a Process Leader for Framing area, you will be in charge of ensuring fulfillment of the production program in assigned area of responsibility in terms of quality, volume and efficiency.

Manage, instruct, and assign tasks to production personnel reporting to him. Understanding and creating enthusiasm for target fulfillment through emotional vision. Review of production figures (volume, quality, budget), develop, agree and implements counter measures e.g. extra shifts, overtime, rework in this area of Body Shop.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for training of new employees (Determines the training requirements for the employees and organizes registrations for training courses, prepares the training course planning for his area and assesses the effectiveness).

Participation in audits, self-audits based on checklists (e.g., environmental protection, quality, system, and process audits).

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field of study.
3+ years of experience in positions in Automotive Industry, specifically in Body in White production.
Experience in joining / welding technologies and geometrical know how to control and improve the process and product.
Good communication, teamwork, problem solving and leadership skills.
Fluent business English.
