Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sculpting the workforce of the future. Your duties will include:

• Cultivating business relationships to understand client needs and offer bespoke talent solutions.
• Leveraging your market insight to advise clients and candidates, ensuring their expectations are not just met but exceeded.
• Utilizing social media, job sites, and referrals to attract top talent, focusing on passive candidates with high potential.
• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations and match them with ideal opportunities.
• Prioritizing and managing multiple recruitment projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

What We Value:

• At least 2 years of B2B commercial experience, preferably within a consulting or talent acquisition environment.
• Grear communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for improving strategies and processes.
• Ability to work independently, managing tasks with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM or ATS platforms, and a willingness to adopt new technologies to enhance efficiency.
• A target-driven professional orientation, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
