About this opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Trade Compliance (TC) specialist. This crucial role involves mitigating TC risks within Ericsson's business operations, defining TC requirements on business and operational models, and automating TC Controls consistently across all relevant business flows. The position will involve ensuring TC during the selling, development, and delivery of hardware, software, services, and technology, alongside advising and guiding various functions, business areas, and Market Areas concerning TC matters.

What you will do:

Oversee export control classification, trade compliance license and permit management.

Implement and maintain system design in support of these activities.

Provide guidance and management of risk assessment activities related to end users and end use.

Document and affirm that sanction screening processes are effectively functioning.

Understand and enforce origin determination, customs classification, customs valuation rules, regulations, processes, and procedures on a global scale.

Execute customs broker management and audits, including corrective actions and liaison with customs authorities.
