  • Lead negotiations with the union according to business requirements (overtime, production stoppages, change of work patterns, capacity adjustments, etc).
  • Maintain labor stability through execution of labor strategy.
  • Care of the work environment between hourly salary, monthly salary, suppliers, inplants, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Labor Law in all plant operations.
  • Design strategies in conjunction with the Union to increase the satisfaction of hourly wage personnel.
  • Establish trusting relationships with the Union (Secretary, Delegates, Consultants) and maintain open channels of communication to carry out key actions for the benefit of the staff and the company.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • Design and implement strategies to maintain discipline and a healthy work environment.
  • Solve labor conflicts
