• Diagnose and solve complex problems that could affect the proper network operation.
• Install updates on hardware and software.
• Support on recommendation and purchase of hardware and software of the network.
• Ensures the information integrity with the development of processes to back up information from the database, and the network.

Strategies to recover information on network failures. Strategies on virus protection and programs maintenance.

• Monitor functionality and keep a system log to prevent and correct any issues on the network.
• Develop, modify, and maintain SOP ́s on network functionality
• Train personnel in computer (hardware and software) and equipment functionality.
