    The Key Account Leader is a customer facing position responsible for establishing and executing the strategies necessary to increase 3M business and relevance with the customer, achieving the defined sales objectives for the Key Account. In this role you will do so by successfully transmitting the Voice of Customer within 3M and leveraging both Global and Local 3M resources and networks to meet customer needs.

    In this role you will:

    -Guide 3M's growth and market relevance in the short, mid and long term for both spec-in and consumable products within her/his assigned account.

    -Interact throughout customer's entire organization building a collaborative network at all levels and interact with all relevant departments within the customer's organization such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Planners, Managers and occasionally top level Executives.

    -Develop a deep understanding of the customer's Global and Local organization, KPIs, market share, strategies as well as design, manufacturing and marketing trends is critical to the position.

    What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related major
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience with Automotive Key Accounts that have global footprint
  • Specification process knowledge is preferred (Spec-in)
  • Advanced English, written and spoken
  • Intermediate computer skills in Office
  • Project Management knowledge and experience is desirable.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP, Siebel)
  • Experience with Automotive OEMS is preferred
  • Training on Sales Process and Techniques is preferred.
  • Time Management, Prioritization and Administrative Skills is required
