Quality Resident

Role Summary

  • Immediate attention to quality problems and customer online inventories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis in conjunction with the client to determine the root cause of the online impact due to quality problems or inventories.
  • Coordinate containment of material for customer claims.
  • Notification of preventive or corrective rejection in customer lines, issuance of quality alerts and clean points, monitoring or auditing of material receipt.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area and the company.
  • Management and supervision of personnel assigned as third parties, GP12, inspectors.
  • Ensure the control of physical inventories and in the client system, notifying risks of line stoppage due to material shortages.

Education

  • Industrial Engineering or similar

Work Experience

  • Automotive industry
