Quality Resident

Role Summary

Immediate attention to quality problems and customer online inventories.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis in conjunction with the client to determine the root cause of the online impact due to quality problems or inventories.
Coordinate containment of material for customer claims.
Notification of preventive or corrective rejection in customer lines, issuance of quality alerts and clean points, monitoring or auditing of material receipt.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area and the company.
Management and supervision of personnel assigned as third parties, GP12, inspectors.
Ensure the control of physical inventories and in the client system, notifying risks of line stoppage due to material shortages.

Industrial Engineering or similar
