Your tasks

Overview

Support the processes in Plastic Injection and peripheral equipment following the guidelines of the Organization to achieve the objectives of quality, productivity and cost.

Participate actively in the optimization of processes maximizing the use of available technological resources.

Follow up on the planned maintenance (molds, machines and peripherals) planned in the IHM area to achieve the performance objectives of the equipment.

Support the product changes and downtime of the equipment, monitoring and controlling the indicators under their responsibility.

Additional responsibilities

Execute mold changes (starts ups) along with their respective audits
Ensure the maintenance of the equipment and update the appropriate documentation
Monitoring and correction (if necessary) of production processes
Actively participate in solving problems or generated 8D's
Support the manufacturing area in the technical issues related to equipment and processes during its shift
