    About the Role

    You will play a pivotal role as a C4B Solution Lead, engaging with customers in the banking industry at the C-Suite level to enhance their bottom line. As a trusted advisor, you will identify technical challenges, understand customer business drivers, and guide engagement approaches within customer organizations. You will collaborate with our team to co-create new products and solutions, meeting evolving client needs while leading transformation projects in core banking and lending areas.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value using our portfolio to meet customer needs.
    • Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations.
    • Drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists.
    • Assist in the design, implementation, and execution of PoCs to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and challenges comprehensively.
    • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 8 years of experience providing solutions to banks for strategic and transformational initiatives.
    • Deep expertise in Retail or Core Banking/Transactional Banking.
    • Extensive network with C-Suite executives within banks in the LATAM region.
    • Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
