- Project Leadership: Lead routine projects with manageable risks and resource requirements, demonstrating the ability to manage budgets for small projects or programs.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, providing subject matter expertise across sub-units and influencing compelling software solutions for customers and products.
- Mentorship and Training: Engage with cross-functional teams, training and mentoring more junior colleagues, and collaborating effectively with designers and engineers.
- Software Development: Design, develop, and test software systems and applications for enhancements and new products, ensuring code is written according to established specifications.
- Operational Feasibility: Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Documentation and Communication: Document and demonstrate solutions through the development of documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures, and staying abreast of state-of-the-art development tools and programming techniques.
