Molex division is seeking a
Fiber Optics Trainee for the El Salto, Jalisco Location.

Molex LLC is a manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic connectivity systems. Molex offers over 100,000 products across a variety of industries, including data communications, medical, industrial, automotive and consumer electronics.

Our Team
You will provide support to the Manufacturing Area, specifically in Fiber Optic projects.

What You Will Do

Time studies collaboration
Proactively review and continuously improve product structuring
Update ISO documents and training materials to reflect process changes.
Leverage external/internal best practices to identify continuous process improvement opportunities.
Creation of Work standards
Collect of data related to the process
Definition of standards
Approval Protocol Documentation
Process Validations
KPIS Report

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Student of the last semesters or recently graduated from the careers of Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics
Understanding of manufacturing & industrial engineering fundamentals
Resultsdriven individual with a strong attention to detail and creative problem solvingskills
Strong analytical skills
Good analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
