We're in search of individuals who embrace interactions, showcase impeccable English, excel in process management, aspire to be crucial team contributors, and are eager to advance into Supervisor positions.


What You'll Do:


Address and Resolve Service Concerns:

  • Proactively address and resolve client service concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish Positive Client Relationships:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering longterm partnerships.

Follow Client Success Procedures:

  • Adhere to client success, sales, and collections procedures to enhance client account longevity.
  • Master Phone, Chat, and CRM Systems:
  • Learn and proficiently use phone systems, chat systems, CRM tools, and other relevant software.
  • Actively update, troubleshoot, and manage tools to support daily tasks.

Computer Proficiency:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in using computers and the internet, given the job's reliance on these tools.

Skills and Experience:


  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 3 + years of customer service experience.
  • Strong Communication: Proficient in professional language and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software.
  • Process Orientation: Willingness to follow documented sales and service processes.
  • Multitasking: Strong work ethic and selfstarter with effective multitasking abilities.
  • Adaptable: Able to adapt to change within a fastpaced business environment.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in team lead or supervisor positions.
  • Influencing Skills: Possess strong influencing and closing skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract, Commission

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$18, $24,000.00 per month
