Business Development Manager (Construction & Infrastructure)

We will count on you to:
- Developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients, project managers, insurers, Banks and Investments Institutions.
- Identify and research potential clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate with Cluster teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business.
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Track and report on the status of proposal components.
- Conduct ongoing market research.
- Work with the Specialty Director the pricing strategy to create rate proposals.
- Drive the endtoend sales process with prospects and customers(buyin).
- Prepare and submit quotation/RFP/sales contracts.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years in Capital Investment Companies / investment Banks (development and/or Commercial) and/or construction material suppliers focused con Infrastructure & Construction Projects
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels both in English and Spanish.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience dealing with the Construction & Infrastructure industry including Feasibility process, project finance, planning and construction
- Excellent problemsolving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients (up to 50%)
- Goal driven.
- Strong negotiation & influencing skills.
- Ability to create, develop & sustain business relationships with various business areas and customers.
