We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as
Plant Manager based in Alpha _Plant, Juarez, Chih., Mex._ _(E-Systems Division).

Plant Manager you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to an Operations Director.

Your Task will be

Administer and coordinates all plant functions to ensure quality is met
Ensure execution and compliance with production and quality programs
Knowledge in Finance, Quality, Operations, Supply chain, Continuous Improvement, Engineering,
Administer materials, capitals, and Human Resources

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

Education**:Bachelor's Degree on Industrial Engineering, or any related field. Master's degree is a Plus
At least 5 years of working in similar position
Headcount volume management skills of +1,500 employees
Analytical mind and excellent problemsolving abilities
Outstanding communication and leadership
Teamwork
English: Proficient
