Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Execute the Football & Outdoor Market Brand Strategy locally and ensure consistent execution in country sub-units (if applicable) through integrated plans across all communication channels supporting brand and category objectives
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Brand objectives in accordance with Brand KPI direction provided in the Global Brand Strategy, cascaded by the Market to ensure construction towards ONE LAM objectives
  • Support the consolidated approach alignment with xfunctional departments and categories and Brand Communications team to facilitate execution of marketing initiatives, overseeing all creative output across the adidas brand in all marketing channels to guarantee aligned activation
  • Support the execution of all communication campaigns
- specific to dedicated category to ensure that all projects are OTIF

  • Monitor execution locally to gain insights to provide feedback to Market
  • Brief and manage internal and/or external resources for creating locally needed category specific marketing tools (Exceptional) previously aligned with Market to stay within ONE LAM calendar and strategy.
  • Planning and execution of campaign rollouts with Kings League, Marketing Team, Federation. Local Clubs, Omnichannel, Newsroom, Culture Marketing & Stakeholders.
  • Relationship and service with Kings League Americas and coordination of its activations with all points of contact of the brand.
  • Delivery of brand content to Local clubs, in addition to FMF and Kings League
  • Coordination of photo and video sessions for campaigns (relationship with clubs, spoma, culture marketing and agencies).
  • Creation of campaign briefs and followup of 200Days. 90Days, 60Days, 30Days.
  • Control of the delivery of products and samples to different areas such as newsroom, culture marketing, agencies and spoma.
  • Propose, execution and results of instore activations (owned and customer) with EIM's, Media, Members and agencies.
  • Coordination and supervision of the correct execution in time, order and campaign of the sponsors' rights with our partners local clubs, as well as FMF and Kings League.
  • Key Relationships:
  • Marketing Team: Newsroom, Sport Marketing, Omnichannel, Culture Marketing, others
  • Agencies: Mediacom, Kantar, Band Of Insiders, Makken, New Cycle, others.

  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • University degree or equivalent education required
  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area
  • Minimum 2 years experience in job or job function
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2 years experience in Brand Activation, Public Relations & Events.
  • Experience in production, development and creation of sports, television, gaming or related events.
  • Knowledge of the world of entertainment, online broadcasts and connection with consumer platforms dedicated to generation Z.
