Such as verifying the billing codes and charges entered.

• Verifying statements received from vendors.
• Negotiating with vendors for a discount/ trade credit (Early payment discount) on invoices.
• Making Automatic Clearance House payments.
• Making Domestic versus International wire transfers.
• Must have the ability to communicate with other departments on any disputed invoices.Who you are:- You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, international business or equivalent experience Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role
• You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including an intermediate-advanced level in Excel
• Your strengths are paying attention to detail and being capable of working in a fast-paced environment, you have a good sense of urgency and maintain good relationships with vendors and teammates.
