Our Operations team moderate millions of videos globally every day, ensuring we are bringing only safe content to our users.

As as Advisor, you are a point of escalation and advice for our moderation teams - helping them with policy and procedural questions and providing real-time feedback.

This is a Night Shift Role
What will I be doing?

You will walk the floor and provide guidance to Content Moderators on realtime policy and quality questions.
You will build an expert level understanding of particular policy areas and ensure that you are keeping update with developments.
You will look for areas of policy and process improvement and provide regular feedback to Team Leaders and Quality Assurance teams.

Requirements:

What should I bring with me?

You come with previous experience performing a Content Moderation Quality Assurance role in a Content Moderation / Content Quality / Safety environment.
You pay good attention to detail and you are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends.
You possess experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environment.
