As an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.

• As a Developer in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform you will help clients design and develop solutions that utilize the Microsoft platforms and integrate with other technologies.

Qualifications

Required

• 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience

• Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry

• Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks

• Advanced English level

• Hands-on experience with developing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform

• Functional knowledge of different Dynamics CRM modules

• Experience in developing, deploying, or maintaining Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven) primarily using Dataverse as the backend.

• Experience in developing workflow automations using Power Automate and Dataverse Workflow engine.

• Experience in extending Dataverse using Plugin development, JavaScript, and tools like Ribbon Workbench

• Ability to use the experience from configuring, customizing, and deploying Power Platform and Dynamics solutions to troubleshoot solutions that are in production.

• Ability to work with users to understand issues and identify possible causes.

• Ability to work with clients to fully understand issues and work with the team to solve them.

• Experience in performing data migrations and integrations using Microsoft Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, and Custom Connectors.

• Experience working with modern DevOps tools, including content repositories, version control, CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred

• Familiarity with other leading cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google

• Familiarity with other leading CRM applications, such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or ServiceNow

• Understanding of multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)

• Expertise in solution selling techniques such as identifying the client pain points, defining a solution, and contributing to a project proposal.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
