Position Summary

Responsibilities

Ensure the implementation of mechanisms, strategies and programs that contribute to and compliance with the established metrics.
Responsible for recruiting and Training Administration.
Maintain the information regarding Training and Development of personnel, orderly, updated, current and available, either for purposes of personnel files or for presentation in internal and external audits.
Participate, develop training, social and / or sports events.
Compliance with the Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities of the Quality Management System.
