Overview:
The Human Resources Analyst will work with the HR Team for all the human resources needs for the Mexico employee and leadership population.
Key Accountabilities:
Talent Management
- Internal recruitment
- Proactively partner with HR Partners and Store leadership to understand unique talent needs
- Maximize opportunities with social media and LinkedIn
Required Qualifications:
- Psychology, communication or administration degree
- Talent Acquisition experience
- English proficiency required
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and creative thinking ability
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
