What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Based in Guadalajara or nearby
- High School Diploma
- 6 months or more of experience in similar roles
- Basic computer skills (MICROSOFT OFFICE, EXCEL)
Your Responsibilities:
- Handling administrative tasks
- Assisting with legal documentation (nonlitigation)
- Managing appointments and confirmations
- Providing timely updates to customers
