We are seeking a skilled HSE MANAGER to join our team, focusing on maintaining HEALTH AND SAFETY standards for our POWER SYSTEMS BUSINESS in SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, SLP, MÉXICO.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of HSE site strategies.
Advocate for CMI HSE initiatives and ensure site-wide alignment.
Mentor and nurture the HSE site team.
Ensure site compliance with corporate and government HSE regulations.
Promote a culture of safety at all levels of the sites.
Provide training for staff across various departments.
Manage safety in workshops, exempt areas, and offices.

Qualifications:

Strong focus on continuous improvement and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis.
Familiarity with HSE systems and tools.
Knowledge of environmental standards.
Dedicated advocate for a safety-focused culture.
Experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
5-7 years' experience in managing HSE compliance.
1-3 years' experience with multiple sites/areas preferred.
Direct involvement in negotiations with regulatory agencies such as SEMARNAT and other public institutions.
Proficient in ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 45001.
Desirable understanding of 50001 Energy Management.
