• Providing guidance and feedback to team members for the achievement of tasks and objectives; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
• Anticipating, identifying, and evaluating hazardous conditions and practices.
• Developing designs, methods, procedures, and complex risk control programs.
• Implementing, managing, and advising others on risk control programs.
• Identifying the training needs of the security team and line employees, in security procedures and practices.
• Supervising, orienting, and guiding to engineers with less experience.
