Responsibilities:


  • Work with payroll vendor and local team to ensue payroll is processed timely and accurately. Ensure accurate data files are provided to payroll vendor to process paychecks.
  • Update payroll records such as new hires, terminations, and salary changes, leaves of absence
  • Calculate retroactive and vacation payouts.
  • Auditing and validating time keeping systems and data.
  • Perform periodic timesheet audits and reconciliations.
  • Root cause analysis of possible errors including constructive and prevention actions.
  • Assist with internal or external audits and other regulatory required audits.
  • Respond to payroll related inquiries from employees and HR.

What do you need for the position?

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Intermediate
  • Advanced English level
  • 12 years related experience with financial analysis
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Must have strong work ethics
