Responsibilities:

Work with payroll vendor and local team to ensue payroll is processed timely and accurately. Ensure accurate data files are provided to payroll vendor to process paychecks.
Update payroll records such as new hires, terminations, and salary changes, leaves of absence
Calculate retroactive and vacation payouts.
Auditing and validating time keeping systems and data.
Perform periodic timesheet audits and reconciliations.
Root cause analysis of possible errors including constructive and prevention actions.
Assist with internal or external audits and other regulatory required audits.
Respond to payroll related inquiries from employees and HR.

What do you need for the position?

Bachelor's Degree
Intermediate
Advanced English level
12 years related experience with financial analysis
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Proficient in Excel
Must have strong work ethics
