Industrial Engineering Technician

Position Summary

This position is responsible of controlling correctly the shipment and manufacture of all the STC Saleable Protype Customer Requests including, people and documentation and with the maximum Quality, achieved working with multifunctional teams, as well, responsible of controlling the Prototype Warehouse.

The vacancy is to be positions in Saltillo Coahuila MX and will report to the STC Prototype Center Coordinator

Your Role

Develop and maintain Prototype Lab procedures, including new, changes and improvements
Develop Operation Manuals as well as Visual Aids and methods.
Implement continuous improvement projects
Identify and/or provide tooling, work stations, equipment, raw material and people required to build prototype parts
Provide feedback to manufacturing and product engineering regarding quality and performance
Controlling warehouse, inventories and raw materials.
Create requisitions in the system and budget control
Support with Customer service Requirements/Orders.

Your Background:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management Engineering.
1+ year experience working in Engineering Field
Previous experience working with multifunctional teams
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Advanced English language skills listening / speaking / reading
Trouble shooting
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and communication skills
Selfstarter, ability to identify issues and solve problems
Ability to work smart under pressure
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Strong resultsorientation and execution characteristics
Adapts in a rapidly changing environment

Interpretation of assemblies and components drawing. Part Numbers and BOM knowledge
Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently
