L1 Tech Support Jr. Bilingual

Training:
Onsite 4 weeks. San Nicolas de los Garza

Must have:
Knowledge & Troubleshooting: Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8), MAC, Outlook, ServiceNow

Fluent English, customer service and call center experience.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday (upon performance it can be reevaluated)

Monthly gross salary:
$17,500 MXN monthly.

Besides their salary, ADT has special bonus, Csat bonus, per each positive survey they get $50 Mx pesos, our current agents average monthly bonus $ Mxn only for Csat, additional if they interested in night shifts, they have Night Shift bonus, $2000 Mxn (monthly)
