Objective position:

Design, establish, document and train in the elements of production (machine, method, labor, materials and environment) for all manufacturing processes of the plant, ensuring that the tooling (models, fixtures, molds, punches and others) are within specification in at all times, going through the testing, development and approval (ISIR) of materials and materials, ensuring that said Manufacturing Processes are as safe as possible, efficient and economical as possible, and that meet the requirements of the Clients.

Activities:

Manufacturing and maintenance of tooling (models, fixtures and components, molds, dies, punches and others) for manufacturing processes.
Development, documentation and training in Manufacturing Processes that meet the requirements of the clients.
Testing, development and approval (ISIR) of raw materials and materials for manufacturing processes.
Design, documentation and training of production elements.
Ensure that Manufacturing Processes are as safe, efficient and economical as possible, complying with customer requirements.
Develop the Engineering Projects necessary for the business.
