Administra la vigencia de los componentes importados en forma temporal asegurando el cumplimiento del programa IMMEX (Anexo 24- Sistema de inventarios).Elaborar las facturas de importación y/o exportación y documentos relacionados a los embarques de maquinaria, equipo, materiales indirectos y materia prima, asegurando el cumplimiento documental para el despacho aduanero.
Mantener actualizada la información del sistema de inventarios del departamento, así mismo, la información del sistema del agente aduanal y/o transportistas.
Solicitar los traslados de la mercancía en el portal del transportista y asegurarse de que se realicen en tiempo y forma de acuerdo a lo solicitado.
Monitorea los diferentes procesos del departamento para ayudar en cumplimiento de las diversas regulaciones y obligaciones gubernamentales (MX y EU).

Interfaces with internal and external customers, foreign order administration, freight forwarders, customs officers, and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment.
Selects carrier/forwarder for shipment of products and prepares documents for freight forwarders.
