We're looking for a NPI - Industrial Product Leader to join our team in Tijuana, Mexico.

As an NPI - Industrial Product Leader you will be responsible for ensuring new products are developed in cooperation between R&D and manufacturing location by following lean methodology to meet customer expectation on quality, time and cost.

What You'll do

Ensure timely availability of industrial NPDL deliverables on manufacturing locations inhouse or at third parties' subcontractors (depending on supply. model), including cost estimation.
Ensure required manufacturing capabilities & capacity (including quality targets, PPAP, Phase in
Phase out) are in place.
Ensure that Product specific industrial & test requirements are in place
Provide Manufacturing Process Flow and Control Plan.
Ensure Design for Manufacturability & Testability (Dfx, VE, TQC, etc) on new products.
Manufacturing report (+ CTQ results) prototype and pilots.
Manage consigned equipment at subcontractor.
Ensure that Technical Product Documentation (TPD) is at manufacturing site much like to hear from you.

Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Production, and Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
3 years work experience manufacturing, project management, quality or process improvement.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
Energetic, excited about taking on new tasks; selfmotivated and strong sense of ownership
