    Inventory Control & Finish Goods Superintendent

    Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth flow of warehouse/distribution operations, in compliance with department, plant and corporate guidelines, always maintaining and recording inventories.
  • Oversee and record inventory management transactions in the Computerized Materials Management System. Research, troubleshoot, resolve problems, and update changes.
  • Plan, develop processes, implement, and execute a comprehensive inventory management program applying industry best practices. Continuously improve warehouse operations using lean enterprise practices.
  • Maintain a sustained level of inventory to meet proper requirements.
  • Supervise and perform yearly inventory audits to comply with applicable regulations.
  • Identify and eliminate inventory of items no longer used or infrequently used by non-critical assets.
  • Design and produce inventory reports; prepare and maintain a documentation audit trail and conduct field audits and physical inventories to verify accuracy.
  • Provide a consistent process for supplying materials, parts, and services to support requirements.
  • Ensures proper generation of packing slips and bill of materials/ladings.
  • Responsible to supervise personnel to stock incoming materials by hand, hand truck or forklift is accurately documented and ensure safety is properly followed and.
  • Direct inventory movement throughout the warehouse and shipments ready for delivery.
  • Close Interaction with customer service requests for warehouse and facility services and respond to internal customer requests for information and actions.
  • Organize and perform annual physical inventory along with Finance Department
  • Requirements:

  • to years' bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • to years previous experience as an Inventory, warehouse, materials, supply chain or finish goods Supervisory or related position
  • Experience in manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Kanban, MPS/MRP, Microsoft software's and Oracle
  • Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English
